El Capítulo XVIII, titulado "Ratificación y Vigencia", pasará a ser Capítulo XXIV, con el mismo título y constituído por los actuales artículos 108 a 112, inclusive, que pasarán a ser artículos 144 a 148, respectivamente; pero la referencia al "artículo 109" en el actual artículo 111, que pasará a ser artículo 147, será modificada por el "artículo 145".
