De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 1º. de la Ley 7ª. de 1944, el Convenio 159 sobre la readaptación profesional y el empleo de personas inválidas, adoptado por la Conferencia General de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo en su 69ª. reunión, Ginebra, 1983, que por el artículo primero de esta Ley se aprueba, obligará al país a partir de la fecha en que se perfeccione en vínculo internacional.
