Las comunicaciones entre las estaciones radio-eléctricas brasileñas y colombianas se regirán por el presente Convenio, sometiéndose para su ejecución las dos Administraciones a las disposiciones del Convenio Internacional de telecomunicaciones (última revisión) y Reglamentos anexos.
