Ley 48 de 1975 · por medio de la cual se autoriza la adhesión de Colombia a los siguientes Instrumentos Internacionales: “Convención Universal sobre Derecho de Autor”, sus Protocolos I y II, revisada en París el 24 de julio de 1971 y se aprueba la “Convención Internacional sobre la Protección de los Artistas, Intérpretes o Ejecutantes, los Productores de Fonogramas y los Organismos de Radiodifusión”, hecha en Roma el 26 de octubre de 1961.
