Conflicto de interés antes de la designación . En caso de que acaezca un posible conflicto de interés con anterioridad a la designación del auxiliar de la justicia y con posterioridad a la selección cómo liquidador, promotor o agente interventor, el funcionario que lo conozca pondrá en conocimiento del juez del concurso o del funcionario a cargo de la intervención dicha circunstancia y le suministrará toda la información que fuere relevante, idónea y suficiente para que adopte la decisión que estime pertinente antes de la designación.
