El Procurador General de la Nación deberá visitar, cuando lo estimare oportuno o lo ordenare el Gobierno, los Tribunales Superiores y de lo Contencioso Administrativo, las Gobernaciones y Secretarías de Gobierno del país. Para estas visitas podrá hacerse acompañar hasta de dos empleados de las oficinas. Aquél y éstos tendrán los mismos viáticos correspondientes a un Ministro y a los empleados análogos del Ministerio.
