"Artículo 55. Los agentes, agencias .marítimas, naves, consignatarios, y en general toda persona o personas que usen el terminal, de hecho, manifiestan su aceptación y cumplimiento de todas y cada una de las disposiciones contenidas en estos reglamentos, inclusive todas las tarifas que se anoten, .todo lo cual entrará en vigencia, a menos que se avise lo contrario.
