Art. 1.° De los fondos públicos se costearán las exequias y entierro del finado Sr. Dr. Guerra Azuola, para manifestar el aprecio que se hace el Gobierno de sus distinguidos méritos y servicios, y para estimular á todos los colombianos con dicho acto imitar los excelentes ejemplos ofrecidos por el ilustre difunto.
