Artículo segundo. Las pensiones causadas en cualquier tiempo y de las cuales se haya venido disfrutando por lo menos durante un año, se reajustarán automáticamente desde el 1 de enero de 1975 en las misma proporción al porcentaje de variación que haya experimentado en el índice nacional de precios al consumidor, aplicando el promedio mas alto correspondiente al bienio inmediatamente anterior, cortador el 31 de diciembre de 1974, de tal manera que el reajuste del 1º de enero e 1975 se tendrá en cuenta la variación entre el 31 de diciembre de 1972 y el 31de diciembre de 1974, y así sucesivamente.
