Los proyectos que hayan sido viabilizados e inscritos en el Banco de Proyectos de Inversión Nacional, BPIN, del Departamento Nacional de Planeación, deberán ser actualizados y presentados por la entidad beneficiaria ante el ministerio competente con el fin de actualizar su viabilidad y ser elegibles para acceder a los recursos de que trata el presente título.
