° Los elementos que pueda necesitar el Instituto de Fomento Industrial y que tengan disponibles las diferentes Secciones del Organo Ejecutivo, que no sean necesarios para las obras o servicios públicos adscritos a cada una de ellas, serán solicitados por el Instituto al respectivo Ministerio.
