Parágrafo

del articulo 17 del Decreto 691 de 1975. entiéndase por cargo directivo cualquier- jefatura desempeñada en los niveles seccional y regional del Sistema Nacional de Salud, y en sus entidades vinculadas en los cargos de los niveles técnico y ejecutivo del Ministerio de Salud y sus entidades adscritas.
