º. Perfeccionado un contrato de prenda agraria, para celebrar otro u otros, se requiere el consentimiento del acreedor o acreedores que tengan constituido derecho de prenda sobre los mismos bienes. La infracción a lo aquí establecido hará responsable el deudor en los términos del artículo 22 de esta Ley.
