Juzgamiento del Presidente de la República . El artículo 174 de la Constitución Política quedará así. Artículo 174 . El Senado de la República conocerá de las acusaciones que formule la Cámara de Representantes contra el Presidente de la República o quien haga sus veces y contra los Miembros del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura. En este caso sólo conocerá por hechos u omisiones ocurridos en el desempeño de sus cargos o con ocasión de los mismos.
