º . Para la vigencia de 2009, la remuneración que por todo concepto perciba el Juez municipal y el Fiscal Delegado ante Juez Municipal y Promiscuo será igual al treinta y cuatro punto siete por ciento (34.7%) del valor correspondiente al setenta por ciento (70%) de lo que por todo concepto perciba anualmente el Magistrado de las Altas Cortes. A partir de 2010, y con carácter permanente, dicha remuneración será equivalente al treinta y cuatro punto nueve por ciento (34.9%) del valor correspondiente al setenta por ciento (70%) de lo que por todo concepto perciba anualmente el Magistrado de las Altas Cortes.
