Artículo noveno. Son requisitos para obtener la gracia de que habla el artículo primero de este Decreto. A) Certificado reciente del Consejo de Disciplina con calificación de buena conducta; B) Certificado del director del establecimiento acerca del tiempo que haya trabajado o estudiado el peticionario, en ese o en otro lugar de reclusión.
