La cesión a cualquier título y causa y la transmisión por causa de muerte, de la propiedad privada sobre las minas, así como la constitución de gravámenes sobre las mismas, se regirán por las disposiciones civiles y comerciales. Adicionalmente se deberán inscribir en el Registro Minero.
