Informe de beneficiarios del CERT. La ANH y la ANM anualmente enviarán al Ministerio de Minas y Energía y al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público un informe con los beneficiarios del CERT, el monto de inversiones efectivamente realizadas y el porcentaje y monto de CERT a otorgar. En todo caso, el Ministerio de Minas y Energía y el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público en cualquier momento, podrán solicitarle a la ANH y a la ANM información relacionada con las inversiones que dieron lugar al otorgamiento del CERT.
