Es obligación de los Capitanes vijilar por sí mismos, con la mayor acuciosidad posible, la descarga i carga en Islitas, Bodegas de Bogotá i Caracolí ; pues verificándose esta operacion tan solo por sus subordinados, o sea por las tripulaciones de los buques, solo ellos pueden impedir los muchos accidentes que frecuentemente sufren allí las mercancías.
