º. Certificación. Con base en los datos contenidos en el formulario de inscripción y en la información suministrada por las entidades estatales, las cámaras de comercio expedirán la certificación respectiva, firmada por el secretario o quien haga sus veces, en el formato adoptado para el efecto. El certificado deberá entregarse al interesado dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a aquel en que se radique la petición.
