Decreto 2433 de 1977 · POR EL CUAL SE CREA LA SALA PLENA Y LA SECCIONES DEL TRIBUNAL ADMINISTRATIVO DE CUNDINAMARCA Y SE REGLAMENTA SU FUNCIONAMIENTO Y EL DE SUS FISCALÍAS

Artículo sexto. El Consejo de estado al elegir los Magistrados del Tribunal, los distribuirá entre las distintas Secciones. El procurador General de la Nación, elaborará las respectivas listas de candidatos a Fiscales, con indicación de la Sección a que correspondan.

Parágrafo

Los Magistrados y Fiscales que al entrar en vigencia el presente Decreto, se encuentren en ejercicio de sus cargos, serán asignados a las respectivas Secciones por el Consejo de Estado mediante acuerdo y por el Procurador General de la Nación, mediante resolución.
