Artículo sexto. Los productos de las enajenaciones que llegue a verificar el Consejo de Ferrocarriles, los destinará esta última entidad para sufragar los gastos de explotación de las empresas nacionales que administra y para atender a los gastos del levantamiento de los rieles.
