Art. 96. Al fin de cada año escolar se celebrará entre los alumnos, durante los exámenes, un concurso que versará sobre una tesis designada por el Director, y ante un Consejo de calificación, nombrado por el Rector de la Facultad de Medicina. El orden numérico de calificación dará derecho al primero á un premio ó diploma de distinción discernido por el Ministro de Instrucción Pública, y el segundo á un accésit.
