Articulo 38. La Caja podrá adquirir el dominio de la Caja Colombiana de Ahorros, la cual seguirá funcionando como su Sección de Ahorros. Dicha Sección continuara denominándose "Caja Colombiana de Ahorros", y tendrá por objeto hacer las mismas operaciones que de acuerdo con la ley y sus estatutos puede aquella ejecutar.
