Los servicios públicos de acueducto quedan en su funcionamiento sujetos a la inmediata inspección de las autoridades dependientes de la Dirección Nacional de Higiene, y a las disposiciones que tal entidad dicten sobre la materia, y cumplir las medidas que para garantizar la salud de los habitantes llegue a tomar ese Departamento.
