Autorizase a la Corte Suprema de Justicia para dividir en dos Salas, una para lo Civil y otra para lo Criminal, los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial, y para designar de entre los Magistrados que componen el Tribunal, los que deban formar cada Sala.
