Articulo 40. Series de acciones: Cuando la Sociedad tenga accionistas particulares, sus acciones ordinarias se dividirán en dos series, una para tales accionistas y otra para las de las entidades públicas. Si emitiere acciones privilegiadas, se dividirán en series distintas de las anteriores, una para cada grupo de los citados accionistas.
