Art. 3° Las nóminas que los Inspectores deben presentar á los respectivos pagadores para hacer efectivos sus sueldos, deberán acompañarse de los certificados de que tratan los dos artículos anteriores. En caso contrario, ó si no constase en ellos que se han hecho las dos correrías en cada mes, los pagadores se abstendrán de cubrir los sueldos á que tales nóminas se refieren.
