° Con fecha 16 de noviembre de 1954, créase el cargo de Oficial Mayor, Jefe de Kárdex y Archivo del Departamento de Navegación y Puertos, con asignación mensual de $ 450.00, que se pagarán con fondos del Capítulo 111, artículo 2184 del Presupuesto vigente, y similares de vigencias posteriores.

Parágrafo

El Oficial Mayor, Jefe de Kárdex y Archivo, tendrá también a su cargo los archivos de la Sección Técnica y de la Sección 2ª, Tráfico Fluvial y Embarcaduría de Carga, del Departamento de Navegación y Puertos.
