Liquidación de las participaciones y determinación de becas . Las participaciones que en desarrollo del artículo 18 del Código de Petróleos, se establecen para las concesiones en explotación anteriores a la vigencia de la Ley 10 de 1961, continuarán rigiéndose por el Decreto 916 de 1959, y la determinación del número de becas, así como la liquidación del valor correspondiente, se hará por la Dirección de Hidrocarburos con destino al Fondo de que trata el artículo anterior.
