El dueño o poseedor o tenedor de fábrica de armas de fuego o de municiones que funcione sin auto facultad legal para ello, incurrirá a relegación en colonia agrícola de tres (3) a seis (6) años. La fábrica será clausurada y las armas decomisadas. El que en cualquier lugar fabrique arma de fuego, municiones sin autorización del gobierno, incurrirá en la misma sanción.
