Artículo 55 . Obligación de denunciar a la justicia ordinaria . Si los hechos materia del procedimiento sancionatorio fueren constitutivos de delito, se pondrán en conocimiento de la autoridad competente, acompañando copia de las acciones surtidas. La existencia de un proceso penal o de otra índole, no darán lugar a la suspensión del procedimiento sancionatorio.
