Los directores de las casas de que trata esta Ley serán nombrados por el Gobierno, de ternas enviadas por el Consejo Nacional de Protección Infantil, pero las relaciones entre el Juez de Menores y tales directores se llevarán a cabo directa e independientemente.

En lo referente al régimen educativo y disciplinario de los menores , los directores dependen del Juez de Menores.
