Art. 41. Al solicitarse la división de un predio común, se expresarán claramente los linderos, el número y nombre de los interesados de que se tenga noticia, el derecho que á cada uno de ellos corresponde, los sitios ó localidades de ubicación, la servidumbre de aguas y caminos de que goza ó que lo afecte, las diversas clases de terrenos abrevaderos y aguas vivas que lo bañan.
