El artículo 5º. del Decreto 2279 de 1989, quedará así: Artículo 5° El compromiso no producirá efecto alguno si no reúne los siguientes requisitos: a) Nombre y domicilio de las partes. b) Diferencias o conflictos, objeto de arbitraje. c) El nombre del árbitro o árbitros designados o la indicación precisa de la fórmula convenida para su nombramiento, la que deberá, en todo caso, observar las reglas al efecto establecidas por la ley. d) Indicación del proceso en curso, cuando a ello hubiere lugar. En este caso las partes podrán ampliar o restringir las pretensiones aducidas de aquél.
