Artículo quinto. Además de las funciones señaladas al Laboratorio Químico Nacional, de conformidad con el Decreto número 968 de mayo 18 de 1940, adscríbensele por medio del presente Decreto las de Centro Oficial de Investigación y control de los productos a que se refiere el presente Decreto.
