Autorícese al Gobierno nacional para que incluya en el Presupuesto General de la Nación las partidas presupuestales conforme a los. artículos 288, 334, 341, 345, 356 y 357 de la Constitución Política y de las competencias establecidas en la Ley 715 de 2001, con el fin de lleven a cobo las siguientes acciones:
