Los Oficiales y Suboficiales separados en forma temporal o absoluta bajo la vigencia del presente Estatuto, tendrán derecho, tanto ellos como sus beneficiarios, a las prestaciones sociales que se determine en el Capitulo III, Título V de este Estatuto.
