Artículo transitorio 41. Si durante los dos años siguientes a la fecha de promulgación de esta Constitución, el Congreso no dicta la ley a que se refieren los artículos 322, 323 y 324, sobre régimen especial para el Distrito Capital de Santa Fe de Bogotá, el Gobierno, por una sola vez expedirá las normas correspondientes.

Nota : El artículo 1 del Acto Legislativo No. 1 de 2000 suprimiò la expresion "Santa Fe" del articulo 322 de la Constituciòn Política.
