Artículo segundo. Los mencionados funcionarios dependerán directamente del Gabinete del Ministro de Gobierno, y sus sueldos serán pagados con cargo al Capítulo 0101, artículo 01001 del Presupuesto Nacional para la vigencia fiscal de 1961 y las que se apropien para vigencias futuras con tal fin.
