En la Ley de Apropiaciones de cada vigencia se destinará todos los años a favor de los Municipios y de los Departamentos, Intendencias y Comisarías, la suma que corresponde a cada una de esas entidades, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior.
