El pago fraccionado de la prima no afecta la unidad del contrato de seguro, ni la de los distintos amparos individuales que acceden a él.

Lo dispuesto en este artículo se aplicará al pago de las primas que se causen a través de la vigencia del contrato y a las de renovación del mismo.
