Art 19. Quedarán á cargo del Ministerio de Guerra únicamente los buques Cartagena en el Atlántico y Cañonero Hércules en el rio Magdalena, los que continuarán con el mismo personal y organización que determina el Decreto número 822 de 1904, y dependerán directamente del Estado Mayor general, de quien deben recibir todas las órdenes referentes al servicio.

Parágrafo

Los cruceros Pinzón y Marroquín en el Atlántico, y Bogotá en el Pacifico, lo mismo que la lancha Casabianca, quedarán bajo la dependencia del Ministerio de Hacienda y Tesoro para darles el destino que el Poder Ejecutivo estime conveniente.
