Sin perjuicio de las demás inhabilidades e incompatibilidades que consagren las disposiciones vigentes, ninguno de los concursantes podrá tener comunidad de oficina ni ser socio, en sociedades distintas de las anónimas, durante el tiempo del concurso ni un año antes del mismo, con el funcionario coordinador o con cualquiera de los miembros del Jurado Calificador o del Comité.
