La Junta de Conversión cambiará por billetes representativos de oro los restos de antiguas emisiones, legalmente verificadas, de papel moneda que se le presenten en el curso de un año a contar desde la promulgación de esta Ley. El cambio se hará a razón de cien pesos ($100) billetes antiguos por un peso ($1) de billetes representativos de oro.
