Los Procuradores Judiciales con funciones de intervención en los procesos penales militares actuarán ante las autoridades judiciales que conozcan procesos penales militares distintas de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y ante las demás autoridades judiciales que señalen el Procurador General o el Procurador Delegado bajo cuya coordinación se encuentren.
