Las máquinas, enseres y demás elementos de las Imprentas indicadas y de la Nacional que se hallen inservibles y que no se utilicen en el taller de reparaciones de la Imprenta, serán entregados, previa autorización del Ministerio de Gobierno, bajo inventario, al Departamento Nacional de Provisiones, para que esta entidad proceda a darles el destino que el Gobierno crea conveniente.
