El régimen previsto en la Ley 27 de 1990 para el caso de conversión de acciones con dividendo preferencial en acciones ordinarias, se aplicará igualmente en los eventos de transformación o fusión de la sociedad, cuando éstos impliquen la desaparición de la categoría de accionistas preferentes y su conversión en socios ordinarios.
