Limitación del número de líneas. En ningún momento los concesionarios de licencias de TPBCLD o sus socios o empresas subordinadas o filiales o matrices, que prestan servicios de TPBCL o TPBCLE, podrán operar o tener directa o indirectamente, en conjunto o individualmente más del cuarenta por ciento (40%) del total de las líneas instaladas y en servicio en el país.
