Esta ley regirá desde el día de su sanción. Pero las situaciones establecidas con sujeción a las normas legales o mediante autorización oficial con anterioridad a tal fecha, conservarán su validez hasta tanto que sean revisadas y modificadas por las autoridades respectivas, en cada caso, o reglamentadas en forma general por el Gobierno, sin perjuicio de los derechos y remuneraciones adicionales que se reconocen a los trabajadores desde dicho día, inclusive, en adelante.
